4Seasons™Pourable  Pothole Filler Lifetime Warranty
 
Manufacturer warrants that its products are free from defects in materials. Manufacturer guarantees that 4Seasons™ Pourable Pothole Filler will stay in place for the life of the surrounding pavement.  Providing that product storage, preparation, mix and use, are done according to Manufacturer’s written 4Seasons™ APPLICATION PROCEDURES.  Repair area must have enclosed edge on all sides for filler to bond to. Repair depth must be a minimum of 2”.  Future deterioration of surrounding pavement must be maintained by application of additional 4Seasons™ product to extend repair life. 4Seasons™ will adhere to itself. Use of any other repair products in conjunction with 4Seasons™ will void warranty. 

Manufacturer will not be liable or responsible for any damages to property or to the injury of individuals for any direct or indirect or consequential expense or damage from the use of 4Seasons™ products. Manufacturer makes no other warranty of any kind whatsoever, expressed or implied, and all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose which exceeds this obligation are herby disclaimed by Manufacturer and are excluded. This warranty is limited to replacement of product only.

 Acceptance, purchase and selection of products are the sole responsibility of the buyer or buyer’s representative. Liability of the manufacturer, if any, is limited to replacement of the product proven defective. Any warranty claims must consist of 2 photos of the subject area, written description of problem, date of product purchase (with valid sales receipt), existing temperature and weather conditions when product was applied. 

All warranty claims must be submitted directly to manufacturer. This is 4Seasons™ sole warranty with respect to its products.  Call 888-755-0997 for claims procedures. Do not return product to place of purchase.
